Yes, artists based in Peru can join. You apply with two or three links, a curator answers within seven days, and if your music fits it goes into sessions played by people working in the United States and Europe. Earnings are calculated in US dollars from the minutes your tracks are actually played, whatever the sol is doing.

The scene in Peru
Lima's electronic and experimental scene is small and close-knit: a handful of labels, a few rooms that programme ambient and noise alongside club nights, and producers who bring Andean instruments and coastal field recordings into slow instrumental pieces. Arequipa and Cusco have smaller circles doing the same with more altitude and fewer venues.
Music here goes up on SoundCloud, YouTube and Bandcamp first, and streaming distribution comes later if at all. An application only needs a public link, so an unreleased twelve-minute piece on SoundCloud is a perfectly good way in.
