How to use it

  • Batch: open the session, open the inbox, close both when the session ends. Anything left waits for the next batch.
  • Put the session on before the inbox loads, so the first thing you see is a queue with a timer already running.

Common questions

Why not something with lyrics for easy work?

Because email is reading and writing, and lyrics slow both. The work being easy does not change which part of your head does it.

Is sixty minutes enough?

For most inboxes, yes, if it is a real sixty minutes. If it is not, the problem is the volume of email, and a longer session will not fix it.

What about calls and meetings?

Pause it. Sessions are for solo hours. Start it again after, in the gap before the next one.
